Gearing UP

Ok. I should have no excuses. I've had a couple weeks off from most "running on land."

I finally got pedals for my new bike. And I got a bike fit.

I bought some reformer classes (because I was the most fit when I was doing pilates . . . and since we have a reformer at home, I should use it!).

I paid our dues at the UT Rec center this morning . . . so we can start lifting weights again . . . and I can swim.

HeartZones Tri Training starts tomorrow.

Winter Half Marathon Training start this week too.

I told Will I'd meet him at the Picnic Loop to ride my bike (harder to wimp out if you make an appointment with someone).

I should be ready.
