The Hills are Alive

It was back to the hills. Judy joined me for the run to the hill. As we reached the bottom of the bridge, Robert & Pamela were with us. It was a bit faster than I usually run, but it was ok.

We ended up doing 2 sets of 10 minutes of hills. There were 3 hills on each loop. I was perfectly fine starting at the back of the pack. Eventually, I was able to pass a few people. I think I did 11 hills the first time. The second set, I started at the very very back. By the middle of the loop, I'd passed a bunch of people. I was pretty happy with the fact I finished 12 hills on the second loop. I'll have to go back and add the distance that I ran since I used Garmin.
